Elaine Rawlins

Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality

 

Elaine spent 23 years with De Vere Hotels, first as Deputy Manager of the world famous Belfry Hotel and then as Group Training and Development Manager.  There, she provided recruitment, management development and operational support to 38 four and five star hotels and also to the restaurant and budget division.  As part of this role, she was also responsible for Health and Safety for the whole group.

Elaine is an experienced operator and trainer, who has been nominated a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality and she awards numerous qualification for several hospitality qualifications.  Her specialisms include Health and Safety, Food Safety and Human Resources.
