Package 1:

• The introduction of a simple HACCP plan, with all the recording documents you need in an easy to use file; customised to your operation and in word format, so future changes can be made yourself
• Only £75

  

Package 2:

• Train up to 15 members of your team in CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
• The introduction of a simple HACCP plan, with all the recording documents you need in an easy to use file; customised to your operation and in word format, so future changes can be made yourself
• Only £495 plus £12.50 CIEH registration & certification fees per person (based on 15 people, this works out at only £40.50 per person)

 

Package 3:

• Train one, or more, of your Managers/Supervisors to be able to deliver food safety training at Level 2 and also manage food safety in-house in your operation.  This involves achieving  either CIEH Level 3 (or 4) Award in Food Safety for Catering and Level 3 Training Skills and Practice (or Level 3 Preparing to Teach in the Life Long Learning Sector, also known as PTLLS).
• The introduction of a simple HACCP plan, with all the recording documents you need in an easy to use file; customised to your operation and in word format, so future changes can be made yourself.
• From £1,445, depending upon the qualifications chosen
