Karene has over 20 years' experience in training and development in a wide range of business sectors, including food and drink manufacturing and the hospitality sector.  She specialises in designing and delivering management development and trainer training and also writes and edits materials designed for a wide range of target users, from operational staff to managerial and professional people.  Karene has considerable experience of supporting organisations to implement a wide variety of Human Resources systems and procedures.
