Mark is a leading Food Safety Specialist, providing food safety consultancy, training and auditing throughout the hospitality and food & drink manufacturing industries.
Originally from the licensed trade, Mark managed several successful licensed premises and then became Training Manager for a National restaurant group after which he joined a leading international training company and specialised in food safety.
Mark is an accredited trainer for CIEH and RPSH food hygiene and health & safety qualifications in addition to BII licensing qualifications. He is also a qualified BRC auditor.
