Pubs have a long history of gaming, whether that be bar skittles, shove ha'penny, bowls (or even boules), darts, pool, snooker, cards or dominoes. The tradition doesn't look set to change yet ... pub-goers still love games and a feeling of belonging, so one of the great ways to create loyalty to your venue is to create teams and tournaments.

don't forget that teams play 'away' and 'at home' ... by entering as many teams in as many tournaments as you can, it will ensure you always have at least one team playing at home each week.
